The place was really nice and convenient for my family. We gelt right at home. It was really easy to communicate with Roger. I get the answer to my questions before I even get to ask.

The stay here was amazing. Close to everything we needed. The house was clean and big enough for everyone to have their own room. And Roger was a great host!

Great house and very helpful and responsive host!

We really enjoyed our stay! We travelled from central Florida with our five-year old daughter and two dogs. The home was beautiful, clean, and very homey. Boston was about 25-30 min away and was easy to get to and from for a lunch/dinner or all-day exploring. Roger was extremely easy to communicate with, was responsive, and you can tell he cared about his guests’ stay. Definitely recommend this home!!

Roger is what a host should be. Responsive usually within an hour or two. The house was everything it was represented to be.

Our daughter was playing at a Volleyball tournament in the Boston Convention Center. At 30 minutes away it was the perfect distance. Not too close to the city and not too far away. The house was one of the cleanest we have stayed at. Host was VERY polite and communicated very well. Braintree is a great town with everything you would need. Highly recommend staying here! We are so glad we found it!

Roger was very responsive and helpful host. The home was beautiful, spacious, and uncluttered. I love that there was room on top of dressers and tables to put my things. Often there's so many decorations on furniture that I have to move it all off before I can put my own stuff in place. That wasn't the case here. Also there were lots of towels which was nice. There were also special nice touches like toilet paper that had little roses folded into it when we arrived and tissue boxes that also had a little decoration folded into the top tissues. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. Even the way the towels were folded and placed on the bed was pretty. Overall it's just a great place to stay.

Cindy's house is larger enough for our entire family and has a nice big yard for our dogs. It's the perfect option for when we come to the Boston area to visit my brother's family.

It was a pleasure staying at Roger's house. We needed a place to stay in the area to visit family and this was the perfect option. The house is impressive and spotless. The area is convenient, with stores around the corner and a fairly quiet street. Make sure you get pizza from Lynnwood Cafe, its one of the best in the country.
